These photographs were taken during a summer in Sardinia, working on sand movement. Windy afternoons by the sea make you wonder how the sand can bring such warmth and comfort as well as stinging your eyes and irritating your skin. I chose to play with sand in the unpleasant way to see how it falls on the human body and how this one reacts.
